Hey Chef Pamela!
Born and raised in Atlanta GA, Chef Pamela began cooking at a very young age.
With her Godmother and Mom as huge influences, family time was often spent in the kitchen. Her Godmother used one simple rule in cooking... " Never cook when you are in a bad mood" The more love you pour into your food, the better it is!!!
Having attended school in New Orleans, she developed a strong passion for Cajun Food.
After graduating, she moved to New York City, and started her professional career in the food industry, managing one of the city's most popular restaurants, Sarabeth's, right in the heart of Central Park South. With a background in Southern and Cajun cuisine, making the move to New York allowed her culinary palette to expand to an even higher level of expertise and knowledge.
That experience took her even further... exposing her to some pretty amazing people, like Terri Irwin. Chef Pamela took her talents down under, where she enjoyed cooking for the family and working in the events department of the Australia Zoo.
Since that time, Chef Pamela has created successful operations in Los Angeles, and now San Diego, while traveling from the East coast to the West coast, spreading her love for food to each and every person she encounters. She's a 3 time Breast Cancer Survivor, with a passion for community service and people of all backgrounds.
With her love for food, bubbly personality, and all around southern charm, she is certain to touch the hearts of people everywhere.
